Cancellation Policy

A minimum of at least 6 hours is required for any cancel or reschedule to avoid a fee of 50% of that service. Please be aware, this policy is enforced and you agree to it by accepting our terms. This policy includes sickness, travel changes and emergencies as the spot was taken by you and committed to by you. Please be aware that should there be no free parking options available for your provider, we charge a small service fee of $15.00 per provider to help offset her parking costs. If there is parking available for your provider please let us know in the message area. thanks so much for understanding. If you are later then 15 min for your appt we will not be able to see you and late fee charges will apply. We hope you understand :)
